Pius Enyano is the author of Edward the Mosquito. Husband and father to two little girls, he grew up in Uganda and loved to hear the stories his grandmother would tell him. He would sit in her grass-thatched house on the bottom of her bed and listen to stories such as this. Stories told by elders there usually have a moral and consist of animals teaching those morals. Pius wanted the stories to live on and so this book, and more, were written.
