Guided Meditation with Literary Inspiration

Start your day with a 30 minute guided meditation presented by Amy from Green Olive Yoga. We will use literary inspiration to guide us through stillness and infuse our day with a little peace and gratitude. No experience needed, beginners welcome. Please bring a towel, yoga mat or cushion to sit on. Chairs will be availabe for your comfort.
